Hello everyone, just looking for something different.
I've been a vice president of a bank, ran my own REI company.
Then life hit and I had to stop it all, lost my business and lady, which turned out for the best.
Reason I had to give it all up was to care for my elderly mother. Unfortunately stricken with dementia.
It is such a horrible disease, that takes quite a toll on the family.
Everyone differently, depending o. Their inolvelment in care and availability.
Was thinking of advise as to day to day and situations to avoid before they become overwhelming.
The truth about myself is I was a wild child, however in the end , it was me who stood up to care for the lady that raised the 3 of us.
Even the college educated healthcare professionals that she fought to make sure they had the best.
Not that I. Bitter, lol.
I really am not, it is just true.
But for someone that knows they soon will be caring for someone, there are many pitfalls.
