Once you subscribe to premium, this is the day which counts for your next billing. Say, you're going premium today and get charged $19 for the first month. Then your next payment is due on September 26. And this keeps going on month after month as long as you don't cancel your membership.
Your first month as a premium is $19. Every month after it's $47.
