I've tried a couple different "jpg to URL converters" online and they seem to make a URL that is too long for use.

Thank you! That's a pretty cool plugin!
For this I can't cloak but, for others I will definitely look into this.
Thanks again,
Kevin
It sounds like this email system is independent of your website.
If you were creating emails from your own website you could load your images to your wordpress media library and control their length.
You could use a plugin service like AWeber to send emails for email marketing.
Not sure of the system you are using, but are your images used royalty free. That would be a factor worth considering.
Correct, it's an independent lead platform with an integrated mail system. I'm trying to take my head shot and use it as part of my signature with a link back to WA. When you click on 'add image' it asks for a URL instead of a file.
Technically, I don't need to put my pic in the signature but I thought it would add some brand recognition.
Thanks for the quick response!
Kevin
Have you tried uploading the image to your WordPress image gallery and using that URL?
You might be able to use imgur.
Hi Thomas,
Thank you for the reply. It's actually not associated with my blog, yet anyway. An independent platform I'm using for lead generation.
imgur looks interesting I'll give that a look.
Thank you for the response!

Couldn't you just add your image to a screeshot of your signature in Paint 3D or something and then screenshot it again. Perhaps even us Canva for a similar porcess, Kevin?
Just a thought!🤔
Jeff
Hahaha! Jeff, thank you, oh maybe Canva will work too, but I just had a brain-storm (...a light shower really). I figured it out and maybe this helps others reading this Q&A.
Very simple solution. If you go to your profile and look at your added photos, you can right click on any of those pictures and click on "Copy Image Link". This gives you a URL link. I tested in a blank browser and it shows only that picture, which is exactly what I needed.
Thank you everyone who shared your thoughts on this. It is much appreciated! This is now resolved. Hopefully this helps anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.
Thank you all!!!
Kevin
That's even better, Kevin. In fact, I should already know that since that's how I added it to my email address and my Gravatar!
Awesome. Glad it is solved!
Jeff
Not at all, Kevin! You figured it out, and I had forgotten that I had used all that before almost 2 years ago!😉

So here's my question, and this may be covered in the training but part of the training is to ask the community a question so here we go.
Do we need to purchase a legal pack
You do not have to purchase any "legal packs". Follow the training and Kyle will have you put on all the necessary disclaimers and privacy policies.
Thank you Nathaniell - it's funny, I asked the question and then went into my next training where Kyle illustrated the whole thing. Awesome timing.
Hi Ryan - Thank you for the feedback. I figured I just hadn't gotten far enough in the training yet. Thank you for the advice it is much appreciated!
I believe everything is included. If you go to "websites" and then to "Content" then click on "Templates" there will be a Privacy Policy template you can use.

Footer links needed - e.g., privacy policy, disclaimer, etc?
