How to Rank Highly on Google
Can you tell me how to rank highly on Google?
I am no expert because I am still struggling to achieve any recognition by Google. Sometimes I feel like they deliberately avoid me. They want people who pay lots of money for advertising. Or perhaps they only look at those who do something really extraordinary and their work goes viral. I wonder if they have some algorithm that selects only people with in a certain age range, or with certain skill sets or social status. After all Google is our Big Brother. He knows all about us, more than we know about ourselves no doubt.
I wish I knew the answer to these questions. I have been working online for a few years now and my total earnings from adsense has amounted to just $11 . That is pathetic so either I am doing something horribly wrong or Google has decided they just don't like me at all.
I will push on and keep trying. I have written a ton of blog posts, built dozens of websites, offered feedback and comments for others, engaged on social media, including Google + but still, even with all that activity I cannot crack it with Google. I have even used paid advertising on Google which was incredibly expensive for the poor results.
If you have found some keys to help get ranked on Google I would really appreciate if you could share, not just for me but for everyone else who is struggling too. I know when I finally figure it out I will be very keen to share my experience so wait for it. I need to unlock this mystery once and for all.
Can you tell me how to get higher ranking on Google?. I am reaching out to all those clever people who have managed to break through the obstacles and find themselves on page 1.
I promise I won't keep it a secret. Because I believe in sharing the love, the more you give the more there is to give. This is not a competition for who can be the highest ranking on Google because we are all working within different niches. So Let's see if Wealthy Affiliate members cannot be the dominant listings on page 1 of Google. We could help each other achieve success and in doing so it will help us promote Wealthy Affiliate
Yes I do use Jaaxy, and it is an excellent tool but I wonder if Google hasn't figured out that I am using Jaaxy and have marked me down because of it. Perhaps they want me to figure it out for myself.

Ranking can be such a difficult thing to understand. Unfortunately you can do all the right things, follow the training and things can still go wrong. All my Articles ranked highly for some time and then dived to about 60 In Google. It takes a constant effort to keep on top of it all. Jim
Thank you Tony for taking time to not just comment but to actualy take a look. You are right I have gone like a bull at a gate and spread my self too thin . It is difficult trying to add fresh content to a range of different topics and websites. . Perhaps I should close some and become more focused.
I have 4 shops now, . I will evaluate some later today and do some culling.

Hi Freisia, Just checked out a few of your websites. What is it 8 websites and two shops!? That's a hell of a lot of work to keep up to date, i'm struggling with one!!
I particularly liked the "herbs from heaven" website. The layout and some of the content is exactly what we are taught here. The only thing is that because you've been busy working away on ALL of the other sites there isn't enough content to rank well. Maybe, concentrate on one maybe two of the websites that you're most passionate about and really push forward with plenty of new, in-depth content.
For instance, maybe a post on the benefits for sufferers of anxiety, epilepsy, parkingsons and insomnia. Really explore every avenue and leave no stone unturned!
According to cutestat.com herbsfromheaven.com is indexed but according to semrush.com its not ranking in the top 100 search results.
Don't get me wrong i'm no expert but after a year and 70+ posts i'm starting to get a trickle of organic traffic. Time and persistence is key in this game I reckon.
Keep going Freisia! you'll get there.
P.s it's just recently been legalised in Lithuania for medicinal use. Actually, yesterday if i'm not mistaken.

First of all, Google will not discriminate website in ranking. I believe website get ranked based on the 200 algorithms and most of those that ranked meet many of these algorithms.
I just read a tutorial which I believe is closely related to your post i.e. how to dominate your niche with the least amount of effort.

While WA gives us all the building blocks, at some point you must dig deeper. After my first year here, I’ve realized more research is absolutely necessary!

WA provides that solid foundation for us. We need to take initiative to read and learn more. The spectrum is limitless. And I am glad the community itself is very rich with knowledge and expertise, we can search within the platform before proceeding to other sites for reference.

Just a suggestion. Don't fetch many articles at once in Bing and Webmaster Tools. Do it progressively:)

It is difficult to say without seeing your website. Anyway, I do exactly what WA teaches and many of my keywords rank 1 page on Google.
Do you do correctly your keywords research?
Do you follow JAY suggestions?
