Leadership
Leadership is a wondrous and scary thing. Anyone who has ever led before can tell you that there are times that decisions have to be made and tough calls and in those times it is hard to be the leader. If the direction of those hard calls doesn't go well, it is the leader who carries that burden. Likewise, a good leader shares in the celebration when things go well.
I have both led and been led and it is a comfort to be led by competent people and to know that it is possible because others have gone before you. Here in WA we are all leaders in many aspects and I applaud each of you for that. You lead people in your prospective niches and you lead people here by example. I further would like to say a special thank you to all the Ambassador level people because they are currently leading the way for the rest of us. My most humble and warm appreciation goes to Kyle and Carson and their families for the sacrifices and hurdles that they have had to go through and lead us all here to this place, for creating this place to begin with.
Leadership is taught here at WA and some are born with an inherent leadership quality and others have to hone that within themselves. We are still new here and still getting our footing and way far from where we want to be, but we are so far from where we used to be as well.
Lead on everyone, keep this momentum going. Thank you for reading. Share and like if you agree. Comment below and thank you. TaTa

Hey! Frank and Tina
Thanks for sharing the post. Yes, these are qualities of being a leader.
Frank & Tina,
You are right I like being led but most of the time
I am in the lead LOL - I do not want to be it is
much easier when someone is telling you or
showing you what to do - but the nice thing here
at WA is I can pass all this on to someone else
willing to learn :)
Susie
PS - Kyle and Carson are the greatest :)
Great post. I had great leaders in my life. They were wise and humble. They were happy persons. Not afraid of sharing, not afraid of making mistakes and getting back on track.
You feel safe when the leader you choose is good.
But the best leaders create leaders, don't they?
Thanks for sharing.
Merry Christmas!
This is very true and for me leadership was the toughest when I was in the video game design industry. When I was given authority to make the final decision as to when a finished and fully tested game could go into production, knowing if I made a mistake it could cost the company tens of thousands of dollars.
But once you get past that initial fear and start achieving success, leadership becomes much easier. Just like here in WA. As we go through and finish the various levels of training we begin to see success in our efforts. Then you will have the correct information to share with those who are where you once were, making you the leader.

Frank and Tina, I like your post! Well said! Some leaders drive people by fear, some leaders able to lead, motivate and inspire their followers.
We are so blessed to have good leaders such as Kyle, Carson, Chris M and many ambassadors here to share and guide us...
Merry Christmas to our LEADERS in WA!
God Bless!
Thank you Avery
