The Journey From The Beginning Into The Unknown

I might as well point out, what everyone starting out is thinking.

"Affiliate Marketing is hard",

"I want to make money fast",

"I don't want a boss, I wanna be my own boss".

Affiliate Marketing is hard.

Entering the scene of Affiliate Marketing, a lot of things are confusing at first. Personally, I had to go through countless hours of useless video material and live webinars, to "learn from the pros". I've spent, I don't know how many $$$ on "get-rich-quick" software, PLR Products and much more, just to figure out in the end, that I wouldn't make a single $ off of it.

I have come to the point, where I've realized I got it all wrong, when I joined the Wealthy Affiliate community. Actually found Wealthy Affiliate, when looking for a review of another "get-rich-quick" affiliate program, lucky for me I clicked the WA review instead.

One of the biggest struggles I had starting out, is probably the lack of focus. I didn't know what to focus on in the beginning, and at the time, that a thing called "Shiny Object Syndrome" actually existed? After getting to know the term, I've been able to spot it ALMOST every time I'm about to fall into another trap.

For god’s sake. FOCUS on your target. It's what every professional will tell you.

Back on track. I was just about to lose focus on my end goal, which is to make a full time income online and help others like myself struggling to do so, but being introduced to Wealthy Affiliate kept me on track. The Wealthy Affiliate Boot Camp has helped me find my path, carve out my niche and audience, and personalized my "strategy" following along the boot camp.

I have learnt so many things, which I would have never learned elsewhere. All of a sudden, researching keywords is actually no longer a struggle, I enjoy it and it enhances my writing abilities and shoots out new ideas for posts like, Tony Montana in Scarface, greeting his little friend.

I have always seen myself as a "technology genius", since I got my first computer almost 20 years ago. I deemed myself "good" at building websites in WordPress, thought to myself "I've tried that before". But the extensive training offered here at WA has enhanced my skill set by A LOT, and by far more than any other program I have tried through-out the years. By now, I know how to actually customize my site, exactly how I like it. Everything has changed.

The. Game. Has. Changed.

Now, more than ever - I feel ready, to take on the Vegas 2021 challenge. I have set a goal of 300 WA premium referrals in 2020, which might seem unrealistic to some, but I am going to shoot for the stars.

I am still learning, but I now TRUST the keyword research process. Getting familiar with it, and getting the hang of it is important. At first, I felt, probably like most people did, as if I was gonna run out of keywords, eventually. Silly me, there are millions IF NOT billions of keywords to use in any niche.

Got my first website made within WA up and running, currently just following along the boot camp from A to Z. I am positive, by the end of the boot camp I will be earning my first $$$.

I've learnt the basic of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and understand it a bit more now, which is also gonna be a major force in all future web-ventures I believe.

To sum up, Wealthy Affiliate, is like my dream come true. I will definitely recommend anyone to follow the training and trust the process at WA.
