Please note the the questions is regarding the content not moving the Domain Name as it is not the same thing.

To transfer a working site the Domain need to be moved to the new hosting service first then the content / Pictures / Blogs / Themes.... need to be installed at the new hosting Service.
Otherwise the whole site can be rebuild from scratch at the new host. Losing all links and other important history

Contact Site Support and ask for instructions. You need to back up the files and save them on your computer then upload them to the WA's server via FTP. Site Support do this every day :) Submit a Support Ticket to SiteRubix Hosting Technical Support
I do not understand with other hosting this can be done very quick by yourself. What backup procedure/format need to be followed?
Surely this is not a new request what is the chances of a training/guide on this topic
Unlike other hosting providers WA doesn't provide access to a cPanel or the database. It's mainly for people who are just starting out and the hosting here is made easy for them.
