I am at the Site Rubix Website Plugin and the box is asking to place the Following code on my website.that will allow them to choose a SiteRubix domain to build there free webs

Are you building a new site via SiteRubix? SiteRubix is not a plugin. I'm sorry and wish I could be of more help.

Taking a screen shot and adding it here for us to see would probably get you an answer to your question.
You will have to show us a screenshot of what you are talking about here.
Since we are not sure what you mean by SiteRubix Website Plugin - is this plain and simply the WordPress Dashboard you are referring to or is it an additional WordPress Plugin - if the latter, I have not heard of any such plugin.
Not sure if I understand your question. Siterubix doesn't have plugin.
Can you share the code here? Maybe that can help a bit.

She is probably on her Site Rubix website and added a plugin and to use it, it is asking her to add some code.
Without screenshot or more clear information it is hard to help her.
I think best is she contacts Site Support for help, as they can go into her website to see what the issue is.
Ones she is on a higher level of knowing how to make a screenshot, formulating more precise what her issue is, we are better able to help her out.
