I paid for premium twice . I was charged $29 twice. Please see that I am enrolled and I can show you my bank statement if you send me your email.

However, you are not showing as a premium member, and the cost is actually $19 for the first month, so I am not sure why you would have paid $29 anyway.

If you have any concern or question about billing, click on the following link and select “Billing” to send a message:

That could happen if you have a second WA account with a second email address and if your payment was made through that account.
