I had that problem as I listed fishing equipment. There were three things I did to solve it. One not to list prices on items. They are seen when the item is selected. The other was to list only one of the items... usually the one with the lower price. When that item is selected the buyer can search for other similar items and see the price difference. The third thing, as I left instructions for people to click on the image of the item they wanted, I explained that shipping and pricing were not from the site. I have stuck with the first option. I hope this makes sense.
Ok, thats pretty wise. I was considering changing the "Buy Now" text to something like "See Product" or "Visit Site" instead and removing the prices, so the buyer will know they're being directed to the product, not buying it outright from my site.

From what I understood from Amazon rules is that we are NOT allowed to state prices, if we want to continue as an affiliate to their products.

The Woocommerce plugin should work with most themes, but there are issues that can occur depending on how themes are coded if the are not specially designed for Woo integration.
There used to be third party plugins that fixed that, but I checked out the one that used to do this in the best way and it has not been updated in 2 years, so it's most likely abandoned. The cause for this must me that so many themes come with Woocommerce integration.
You could fix it by creating a child theme and fiddle with the php files where the issues occur, but that will require above-average coding skills.
A subdomain could solve it, but it will also require work and setup.
My best advice is to change the theme to a theme with the required integration. There should be plenty of themes, both free and professional, that match your design.
All possible solutions will require work but, in my opinion, the one solution the will serve you the best, in the long run, is to change to a compatible theme.
And if you rely on the shop to generate income, go for a professional theme with WooCommerce integration. It will cost you around $50 but you will have support available if issues come up. And every hour your shop is not working properly, or you loose a customer on the way to the check-out also cost money.

I would also suggest as others have that you create a sub-domain or start with a new domain and a use a theme that is specially created for WooCommerce and for your product sales....
This way you can have a good looking store that works well while still keeping your main site looking good and working well...It also gives you a chance to start linking the two together, and that has its advantages...
You can highlights posts from your blog site, you can guest post from one to the other, adding more opportunities to get people visiting one or the other site to see the second, etc.
Best of luck whichever direction you go!

You might consider adding your woocommerce site as a sub-domain. In this way you could easily create a menu to match your main domain.
If you want to add a sub-domain to a WA hosted site, you would need to contact support. Also, try finding a name that will match your main domain.
Example would be as follows:
main domain: BooksToRead [dot] com
sub-domain : Buy [dot] BooksToRead [dot] com
Give us the URL of your store page, so I can see what it is doing. I too have started an online store with a new website I launched and it was a huge learning curve. I installed WooCommerce and all of the other plugins that go with it. This is what my new website (still working on it) looks like so far:

Yes, it is a plugin, however, it's pushing my sidebar down to the bottom of the page under the products.
Add the display widgets plugin and turn off the sidebar on the store page. You want people to view the products not get distracted by the sidebar.
I would use a different theme, this one is not responsive and is not worth keeping.
Are you viewing your site/site editor in full screen mode? I know sometimes if I am not in full screen view, my pages look weird.

WOW DRJEC i followed you and clicked on your link WOW it's assume!!!! So what i said about sporting, camping etc is doable and INCORPORATES wa in the process and adds to the $ process right??
This leads me to ask, so if a person signs up with wa for the year you make your fee but do we see anything at all from what they would generate,,i know a really really large internet business person, that is why i ask

Give it some time. It is normal that they disappear initially. They might reappear again in a month or so.
I assume you used Fetch. If you did not, go and do this, then give it time again. For new sites, bots may not come more than once in a month.
