I have been told to contact site support to update my paypal payout email for my WA affiliate earnings.
How do I do this?
if you click on the dollar at the top and then my stats...
down at the bottom you can add the paypal address...
then click update

You can update your PayPal and threshold. Payments occur on the 1st of each month, provided your transactions satisfy the terms and conditions of WA. Need to update paypal payout?

You contact site support by clicking on the top menu bar, the help button. or you can do it yourself. Click on your profile picture also in the top menu bar, then accountsettings/ . Then on the left it should say subscription. There is your billing address which is also the same Paypal they will use to pay you

I want to chance my payout email for paypal to fergaldownes7@gmail.com but I am getting an error telling me to contact support.

You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again. Try URL in a different browser or mobile device.
If this persists, you may contact support

It may be that the email WA contacts you with needs to be the same as what is used in Paypal I don't really know.
