Age appropriate learning toys have bee my interest for my grandson who is 2 1/2. Also ones to learn: colors, numbers, shapes, letters.
Why toys are better than tv might be one. A lot of people put their kids in front of "learning shows" like dora the explorer but I think toys are better.
Outside / Digital / Puzzles... :-)

Sounds very good to me, what I would check as parent in a review is, if these toys are safe for babies...,
Probably they are, cause it are baby toys, but maybe...
