How to Achieve Complete Financial Freedom
Some people say they're content with their 9-5 job. (yawn) Good for them. They don't care about how to achieve complete financial freedom.
Other people say they want more out of life, and I start to feel this tingling sensation between my shoulder blades.
Some people say I should "apply as a medic at that other company because they offer dental insurance and a 401(k) plan." (Sigh)
Other people say, "dental insurance? Don't you brush your teeth? And aren't 401(k)'s for poor people? Don't you have bigger aspirations? Bigger goals?"
I see two types of people in this world. Those that are content with their current situation and will probably live happily ever after; satisfied with their mediocrity. And those that have huge goals in mind, dreamers that want to know how to achieve complete financial freedom unconditionally.
I am the latter. I want it so bad i can scream in the library. My eyes get moist just trying to douse the hell fires that burn within them. I find myself breathing deeper as I bite the inside of my cheek.
My heart rate always increases when i think about it. My jaw becomes firmer and my lips become thiner. I look mad and my eyebrows furrow.
I'm not mad though,,,I'm pist. I'm pist at myself because I wasted so much time in the past diddle daddlng around wasting precious time.
I'm pist at myself because now that i think about it, I could have been doing so much more, so much sooner.
I don't want a 401(k) plan because I don't plan on sticking around my EMS 9-5 job long enough for me to benefit from it anyway.
I don't care for dental insurance either because not only do I floss and brush twice a day, but because I want to be able to pay for my own dentist appointments.
I don't care how expensive it may be, but the fact that I know I can afford my own dentist appointments means a lot. Will rip-off insurance plans cover top quality braces or a gold tooth? I doubt it.
We want to spend more time with our families. We want more time for ourselves. Yet we sometimes forget what that really means and the actual gravity of that statement. Of course we want more time because we are literally running out of it.
Every moment passes, every second slips by and it's gone forever. We will never get it back. Time is the most valuable commodity and we take it for granted as we accept our current station in life. Then we twiddle are thumbs watching commercials on TV.
The last thing I want to be doing with my precious time is working my ass off for "The Man." It's my turn to be "The Man." It's my time that is dissolving with every tick, tick, tick of the clock.
There is so many things I want to do still. There is so many things I still want to see and experience. My bucket list is huge and empty with hardly anything in it as I slip closer to the end working for pennies.
I joined Wealthy Affiliate because they don't have a 401(k) plan. Awesome. I joined Wealthy Affiliate because they don't have a dental plan. Perfect.
More importantly, I joined Wealthy Affiliate because I want to know how to achieve complete financial freedom. And I know for absolute certainty that if I bust my ass for myself now (and not for a boss), I will one day achieve my dream, which is complete financial freedom.
WA is not my destination, WA is my road.
It is here where I'm learning and growing.

I have read Robert Kyosaki's books. Very enlightening to say the least. "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and "Cash Flow Quadrant."
I have also read Garret Sutton's "Start Your Own Corporation," Which is endorsed by Robert K. I took so many notes on that book that it seems like I rewrote it. lmao.
Yes you and I are going to get along quite nicely around here.

I don't want any money because I don't want our friendship to be that type of friendship. You know that friend...that friend that only hangs around for cash. Yea that's not really a friend, it's more like a moocher.
I just read yo message, I was at the South Padre Island yesterday visiting family, friends, and GF. So I wasn't able to watch anything.
I will get on it though. My gf, I will refer to her name Elizabeth from now on, Liz for short. She will join WA soon enough, she can't right now because she's in between moving her stuff to her dad's. She's going to rent out her house to get some extra flow going every month. She stays with me all the time so no use living at home, especially if she's never there.
She may just end up buying another home so she can rent it out...that way it will pay for itself... The good oh Robert K method.
The wind is a bit chilly here in south Texas right now but the sun evens it out. It get's really hot all year round. All in All with it being so close to December in 5 days. South Texas nights only hit about 60-70 degrees fahrenheit... But us Texans are shivering.

I've always wanted to go browse around the United Kingdom. Some day I will I suppose...
My dad brags to me about seeing half the world by the time he was my age. lol He can be total asshole sometimes. He knows I have dreams.
My dad was a pilot in the Air-force so of course he saw much. He and my mom's traveled all over Europe during their honey moon.
Him and my uncle planned 3 years to go to India for 5 months. My dad must of read 30 books about India prior to going. He had a whole wall dedicated to planing their adventure. In the middle of the wall was a detailed road map with red marker outlining their course.
They circled the whole country mostly by foot. They wanted to get the third world experience under their belts. They wore fedora hats like Indiana Jones lol.

As you get older and identify the past imperfections in life, well they may of been useless...,boring..., or a tease to what potentially should or could have occurred at the time, but what's important is you identified what the past can bring to the current, and refuse to waste your following seconds to anything else but what will bring you happiness later on. Nothing wrong in that, just don't get to burnt over past time spent and gone...., or I may cry because I can relate to those moments when we ponder the events in our life that could of taken shape if only I would of done this.... :) Carrie
Don't cry Carrie, I agree with every word you wrote. Wasted or not, tease or no tease, useless or boring, mistakes or no mistakes, the past makes us stronger, period. I wrote this post as if I were cooking us breakfast. It will feed us the motivation and energy needed to keep us moving forward. I hope you got your fill because we still have a long road ahead ;)

Just a word of caution here, If you continue to be "pist" at yourself for wasting time in the past, you are looking backwards and, because looking backwards inhibit forward motion, I caution you to let it go and move forward.
