For the first time ever, I keep having Jaaxy searches failing. Is anyone else having the same problem?

I keep receiving this error
'Oops, we seem to have run into an

Yes, I have had that too. I have also noticed there are posts I have in the #1 or #2 spot on search results that Jaaxy does not show at all even when it is working. I have learned Jaaxy is not 100% accurate.

Me too!! all the afternoon!

Still doing it for me

I have the error message as well.
This is not my first time.
Wait, it will be fixed, hopefully shortly.
I think it is Maintainance.

Yup, I just got the same error message.

My lite version has been hanging up more with showing the QSRs on command. Sometimes I have to refresh to get them to load. I know you recently upgraded to pro. Any noticeable improvements on the amount of keyword search results shown? I’m trying to understand what is better about pro to know why to upgrade. Thanks.

I like Site Rank searches for up to first 10 pages of search engines in Pro - that does it for me :)

Mine actually seems to be working now....

Great thanks I'll give it a rest so obviously a glitch - thanks for letting me know ladies :)

Same for me as well!

Yes same for me Fleur- must be a glitch

Hi, you can try going back to your Image Library, click on each of the suspect images and make sure the Link To, bottom right, is set to None.

Awesome thank you

A quick fix to this is to go to your All in one SEO and generate a new sitemap. You may have to go to the general settings and uncheck the attached media. I've had this problem as well because many of my images were unattached so the sitemap will try to create a url for each one that is not linked to the post. Once this is done, then you can hit the generate new xml sitemap button at the bottom of that setting page. It should open a new tab where you can view the sitemap of each link of your website. Then go back to Google console and go to the upload sitemap tab. Then just copy and paste the xml sitemap link into the information bar on google console - after your website name (that it automatically generates).

Awesome thank you am doing now - really appreciated everyone - this was stressing me out!

Here is the screenshot of the error page:

Hey Fleur,

Here's a quick tip on adding images or simply editing your questions after publishing them: I noticed in your screen print that none of these are really images and the dot that SHOULD be before the jpg file extension is a hyphen and NOT a dot.

Where have you placed these URLs? because they are the reason you are seeing this report.

Hope you find this helpful.

Thanks for this - I have no idea where these urls are from and how they have generated....

What exactly did Google state at the top... above that chart?

I'll check it out once back at home as is on my personal computer not my day job one :)

Daniel (aka DGArchitect) has an EXCELLENT suggestion too that you could try Fleur!

Awesome thanking you all x

Thanks Fleur... great question.

I learned something here too.

Monica

Snap me too!

Hey Fleur,

The old HTTP site will no longer be indexed simply because you have now (or should I say, should have) added your HTTPS version and verified that URL.

All you need to do is remember that one character changed... no matter what character... and you have a different website address.

Thus Google Analytics is showing you the HTTP version is no longer indexed, and it should not be indexed as it no longer exists.

Hope this makes sense and proves helpful to you.

Cheers yes thanks

Yes I believe all resolved now

I have a training for noindex error. Hope it can solve your problem?

Great training thanks - done

welcome

Great training, I've copied and printed it out to keep for future reference.

Cheers Jae ☺

Thanks Jae. Glad you like it. :)

Hi Timotheus,

Thank you for your training?

Looking at your training... so I should remove the check marks showing in the screenshot?

Monica

Hi Monica,

If you remove the check marks, you will be indexing your Categories, Data Archives and Author Archives. Do you wish to do that? This will result in search engines indexing these pages for you. Do you want these to be indexed?

If you do not wish these to be index, then leave them as they are, and follow my training for the rest of the settings.

Timotheus

Sounds good thanks!

Have u checked your certificate in site health make sure SSL is check in details

OK maybe a rookie question but I've messed up my blog link on my blog - passion-to-purpose dot com

How do I set or find the link to the blog other than the domain name?<

By default WordPress sets the Blogroll as the home page display to which visitors first arrive at yourdomain dot com

You can choose any page you have published as your front page display by going to WP > Settings > Reading and select it from the drop down list. Or create a new front page for this purpose.

See my screenshot.

Follow the training suggested by Marion. You will find other training via the search bar for 'static vs blogroll home page.

~Jude

Thanks Jude this is what I have done but somehow I've messed up my menu but I'll check out the training - thanks

Okay. Let us know if you hit another snag. ~Jude

Hey Fleur,
I'm glad I am not the only person who made a rookie mistake today. I was just chalking mine up to the hot weather messing with my brain!!

Tried and True

Elaine

This may be what you're looking for

Thanks, Marion, this is what I have done but I've messed up my menu somehow when I made some changes so will spend some time on it later today to work it out thanks

So I’ll see the domain passiontopurpose.com is sitting at godaddy.com. Are you asking how to use that domain with your blog?

no my domain is passion-to-profits.com

I'm showing that that domain has not been registered yet. If you're looking to move your site to that domain go to websites>site domains and buy it. Once you own it go to websites>site manager and then click the move button on your existing site and move it to the new domain.

this is the blog: https://passion-to-purpose.com/

ok..your last url said profits so I got confused.
looking now.

So what link are you looking for? Are you looking for a specific post URL?

Oops sorry

If you click on the Blog title in the menus it doesn't show up the blog roll

OK..so when I go to blogs it's empty..got ya. And you do have posts right not just pages? The first thing I would check is I'd go to your menu by logging into your site dashboard and going to appearance and then menus. Expand the pages box and see if there are any other pages that say blogs or posts. I'm wondering if you have 1 blank one and 1 that came with your theme. Add the one you don't have in your menu to your menu, remove the other and see if that fixes the issue. I am making some assumptions but that's where I'd look first.

Thanks, Merlyn will do!

At this moment Fleur have not got a clue.

Thanks Stuart we’re thinking no

Can't answer this one, been away for a while. Still wondering if this is the right place for me at this time in my life.

Cheerz

Do you mean if WA is the right place for you?

Yep.

Write down what you were looking for when you first came across WA. Also, write down how this has changed with learning more here at WA.
Compare if what WA offers is matching what you are seeking. Then base your decision on this but make sure you write it down as that is a different process to just thinking about it. Let us know what your decision is

Sure sounds like a plan. A good one at that. Thank you !

An absolute pleasure, my mantra at the moment is 'Don't sweat the Small stuff' - it helps me keep everything into perspective

I have never received any notifications of updated blogs only new post. Hopefully that's helpful.

Yes very helpful - in future I'll split content over 2 posts but link them in the title with part 1 and part 2 etc

I often wondered about that as well -question answered

Great Rich glad it helped more than me

Hi Fleur, I agree with Marion I too have never seen a notice about a blog being updated. I think you may need to simply write another blog.

Wayne

Thanks, Wayne I will create a Part 1 Part 2 version cheers that is very helpful!

I've never received an email from WA telling me that a blog has been updated, although I'm sure it happens a lot. If you want people to know you've updated something then you'll want to write another blog about it.

Great thanks Marion will do, appreciate your reply

I don't think so but would like to know also Fleur!

Great glad I asked it as a question then

I believe that if they are in your mailing list they will get an update but not 100% sure

OK, so a good question?
