The Penny Has Dropped - Month 5 Super Affiliate Challenge - Part 1 of 2
Yay - the Penny has finally dropped on 3 aspects of Month 5 (Masterful Marketing) of the Super Affiliate Challenge
They are:
- remembering what a pitch/landing page was in contrast to online reviews,
- I feel I've finally got my head around low-hanging keywords and
- getting my head around audience 'Hot Buttons'; the negative and positive emotions that motivate us all to buy
The funny thing is I used to write landing pages regularly for my businesses however it has been about 18 months since I have and with all my new knowledge here from WA I got myself completely confused - information overwhelm or something.
With the keywords I just had got what was supposed to be the thresholds all completely mixed up... I think trying to do too many things at once.
This week I've had off with my son and we chose to stay close to home with our new kittens (yes 2, crazy I know but they are 'beaudiful') So have had many adventure walks and time out watching movies etc but also have been able to take the time to go back over training here.
With the hot buttons, I understood it when I watched Kyle's training video; I understood it when I read it with all of Month 5s training but when I sat down to implement it - blank! So I went back to the written training for this topic and Voila - the penny dropped. What did was Kyle's definition of the hot buttons - negative as the pain or problem people have and positive as the dream outcome they wish to achieve - yay so am celebrating my brain function is working today. Plus
It's Friday plus
My son and I are hanging out for school holidays (we're about to go on an Adventure walk) plus
I have articulated (in my own head) my focus niche for my new (WA) focus website as at home parents being the main focus; professionals wanting to leave the rat race and those seeking a laptop lifestyle so more specific than wanting to work from home online plus
I'm off to a ball tonight - nice! A ball here is like a Prom - a formal, dinner/dance where you get your formal attire on. Must get cracking and do my nails etc...
What does this fine day bring for you to celebrate?

Hi Fleur, it's great that things are coming together for you with your training, sometimes it is a lot to take in, and can become quite overwhelming. It helps to take a break sometimes, and spending
some great, quality time with your son, enjoy! and a ball, how exciting, will do the trick! have a great time. All the best
Jenny
Yes having a bit of downtime looking forward to coming recharged either later today or tomorrow
Thanks, you've given me a deeper meaning of WA and creating blogs/websites! Keep writing!!! Thank you, George
Thanks for asking, I took a leisure day, did a bit of work but at a slow space.
I agree sometimes it is information overload. I was stressing but decide to keep writing content, stop traing at level 3 and go back to review and clean up loose ends. I hope some pennies will drop for me.
Go and ejoy the ball, we all need to take time and celebrate ourselves and the good things in our life.
Hey, hey Fleur
What a funny statement on 5 Month Super Affiliate Challenge and the penny dropping!
Too many things to learn.
OK, a breakaway to the BALL
There are many things to learn and master in this online business especially for me a newbie.
But going far to the direction is a good thing to celebrate.
It's important to take stock and check where you are, where you've come from and where you want to be I think - you are too
Love your blog- I'm going outside into my garden to do some much-needed weeding on this glorious winters day
Enjoy fun with your son and those rascally kittens
