Blogging tasks and Trello tip
I was inspired by Jay's @magistudios live training from yesterday to create a repeating checklist on trello to help me keep on track.
A bonus was the steps he was going through all made sense to me. Including the email marketing step where, frankly I have just been lazy and not done - crazy I know, not to engage with those already following me... after 6 months here I feel much more confident with the quality of my posts so happier to share.
I changed the order of the last 2 steps because I'd like to give my email subscribers exclusivity of reading my posts before I make public via social sharing - a personal choice.Plus as I was creating my repeated task on Trello - using the Repeat 'Power up' I was reminded to create a daily task (or every other day etc) you choose a weekly repeat cycle and select the days you want it repeated during the week. So you can choose, every day, week days or several days through the week. Whatever suits your routine.
What is your blogging routine?

Oh I'm so glad - love sharing the love - I created a walk through training here at WA showing how I use trello to achieve my WA goals: Use a Daily Tool to Action Your Goals, Increase Productivity and Self-Discipline - Short Training
Thanks for reminding me about Jay's live training! I had forgotten about it, and I love lists. They keep me organized, and I feel compelled to follow them once I write them out.
Hmm.. a repeating checklist. That really intrigues me. That checklist you screen captured looks rather comprehensive. I'm going to have to check that out. I'm so glad that live training is recorded.
Yes being in Australia it is essential for live training to be recorded, otherwise I'd never see any of them. This training was great, I have simply used the checklist that Jay shared. He also said we all could use it as we wanted, as his gift to us all - nice!
The training I got it from is here: 7 Days an Affiliate: Daily Task Breakdown Enjoy!
Wow! I could never be as organized as this lol I just write when something comes into my head haha I do also follow the news which always gives me something to write about.
I'd like to set up some kind of 'to do list' but I know I would never stick to it : )
Oh it is up to you how strict you are. I use it mainly so I don't have to rethink all the steps every time I write - work with it as it suits you :)

I have no set routine yet on how often I blog, though I probably should. I have been working o writing the basic content for my website and I do a lot of research for my articles, including on websites normally used by physicians. I take that information and put it into language that every reader can understand, which isn't always easy. I am sure that once I get to product reviews, then I will get into a regular schedule.
Thanks for your article. I love the organization.
Anita
Thanks so much Anita. I completely hear you. I too have had times where I did not have the organization and routine. Now that I do I am loving writing even more (and that's saying something as I don't regard myself as a natural writer).
In fact that's the topic for my next blog post here at WA!
I love writing and I have always been good at it. I did learn early to organize my efforts. I just do it old school. lol
