How to automate updates of your plugins
Maintenance of your site should be a weekly priority.
It enhances both security and visibility.
When you log into your site with website manager, you might see a notice, telling you that you have some updates to do. It can be your wordpress version, your theme or your plugins.
The notice looks like follows:
When clicking on the circular symbol, you will be told which plugin needs to be updated.
In this case the All in One SEO plugin.
Just update manually.
Tired of doint that?
There is a way to automate the updates of your plugins.
In your wordpress dashboard > plugins > installed plugins.
Under automatic updates, you can enable auto-updates
Your plugins will be updated automatically from now on.
You can always undo this.
Be careful with the latest ALL in one SEO update
some may see a special message:
*The Additional Headers settings have been deprecated and removed from All In One SEO Pack Pro. You are seeing this message because you may have been using these settings. We recommend you use the Insert Headers and Footers plugin from WPBeginner instead. *
Followed by a list of codes you used. In your headers and footers.
To solve the problem try head and footer code plugin and just copy your code there.
This is a simple and nice working plugin.
