Boy did I sweat!
We all do. Regularly.
Whether it be in the gym, or running, or just refining our website. Push ups, cleaning, jobs, running around, weather... the list is long!
Nothing comes for nothing.
An easy victory does simply NOT exist. Yes, you read that right.
No easy victory, no easy success, no easy job!
It needs to be done.
Where did I sweat
- Getting the savings for setting up training and websites
- Trying to understand what I am reading and hearing ( English is not my mother tongue)
- Finding the right theme (seems like I did not find it yet)
- Branding my site (you do not want to look like your neighbor, unless it looks ... uh ... good)
- Finding smashing images matching content
- Setting up menus and widgets
- Using the right plugins (most of them if not all are useless)
- Maintenance with updates and upgrades of themes and plugins (always something lost)
- Finding time and achieving goals
- Finding affiliates and setting all up
- Setting up an appealing mail list and social media ( hustle plugin is wow)
- Testing over and over again
- Being stuck half of the time (help from site support more than welcome)
- Backing up
- SEO settings
- And the google mess...
The list is long indeed.
Some of us struggle with technical aspects.
Others with content and most of us with images and video...
And others with finances, time and relations
So, thank you to all of you, sharing tips, understanding, training and insights!

This message reminds me of how hard I had to sweat bullets throughout from July 2018 to date.
It was not smooth sailing. I failed wih images, linking, keyword and email list. But, I kept going regardless and improved.
And now I have 2 progressive sites for my efforts.
However, my time is soon up and I must say,"Thank you and Goodbye to everyone."

Oh Fleeky, I'm still sweating! I have to totally agree with your list. Done all that stuff, screwed up so much it just ain't unscrewable. You would never know your mother tongue ain't English. You're great with it. Join the club on not being a techie. When that gift was given out I was on a different train (not thought either)!

I only have to make it for 6 more months. I am working toward SEO for the meantime. Using affiliate links which are acceptable.
I have WA reviews on my website, but can’t do social media or emails to my email database. Not quite as bad as it sounds.

You made me laugh, penguins do not sweat. Well, to be fair I had to look that up so not to make a fool of myself.
When I look at your list I remember some frustrating moments when my little laptop nearly flew out of the window.
Luckily now it is a lot better after the storm come quieter times.

All of the above. But growing just the same. It can be the cause of a great deal of mental anguish, from time to time, of which I'm sure you are familiar with.
