Not one to blog much, although I do reply to WA emails and get right into it. Loving to talk to you all. However I have been sitting on a Time Bomb for a while.
My lovely daughter of only 45 had 2 hear attacks in August, since then she has be back to hospital with chest pains and finding it hard to breath.
It seems that people who have been athletes and still keeping fit are prone to a disease, I think it's called Scabs or Sabs. It is where one or more veins break to the heart or coming away from the heart. They do repair themselves but one has to rest and not cause any more stress both physical or mental.
Again Wednesday night I had to call the ambulance to take her to a large hospital where they hold her files. Blood tests done again Xray to the chest, blood pressure O.K. getting enough oxygen, but no one really knows how to fix it.
Kim, daughter, started a new job in around October. Although she loves the work she has been getting stressed by a woman there that tries to push her. She know she must stop this but being new and still learning the ins & out of the job, doesn't want to cause a disturbance.
Being a single mum of 2 young children her only support comes from me. I am happy to do so but it is tiring. Her ex husband also tries to bully & threaten her. He has married again and his wife appears to be quite a harpy & also fuels the tyrany.
The children hate going every other weekend to their place. Ex tries to get to Kim through the children telling them they can come and live with him. On & on the story goes.
What to do? nothing. It is my daughter's learning experience to learn to deal with this.
I have tentativly suggested she calls peoples bluff and tell them to do their worst and not show fear, if you are too nice, people can sometimes take advantage of you. Like a germ it invades 'cause it can.
Fear stops you like a deer in the head-lights. It's a lesson to us all on how to deal with it.
I always say "well what's the worse that can happen"? sometimes we realize that things can be managed after all.

As a Patient Care Technician in the ER/CDU units in my hospital in Florida. I can't begin to tell you how any times patients such as your daughter are adversely affected by this type of bullying human behaviors. I thank the Good Lord for Family Members like you who are extremely important to the healing process. I put my wife's picture here in WA because besides Jesus, she is my rock.
People make inconsiderate choices for whatever reason. Being vindictive is just one of them such as in your daughter's case. Jae, it will take you some time but keep going in your journey here in WA. Don't make my mistake of being idle for a year. Learn everyday. May your daughter come out of her predicament, a better mother and daughter. One day this too shall pass.

Thank you so much George, I was bullied too however I did tend to "spit" like a wild cat.
Kim will handle it, all challenges met.
I reckon we tend to be "too kind" and that is misconstrued as weak.

You've checked out my site kitchen gadgets for renters. I have put some piccys in it now and have another to upload from my 'phone.
Had to learn off my daughter how to do this so there'll be nothing stopping me from uploading my own photos.
