Month Two of SAC nearing completion
I've come to like chat. It seems that if you want an answer right now, you are more apt to get it in chat. It's also nice that it is a bit informal, so you can stick in scraps of unrelated conversation as well. It's a good way to get to know folks.
I've done my 12 posts, and have ideas for two more; have started research on one of them. My total word count for my SAC website is 32,973. Sufficient, at least.
After all my railing about how I couldn't do keywords ahead of time because I didn't know what the post would be about, I did my keyword list. After all, it's like a treasure hunt looking for them.
I still find the pre-search for keywords doesn't help me much, as I do a review on a specific company, and want to include their name in the title. Or I do an inspirational post. Those are a bit easier to pre-title, but find I like it better doing one at a time.
Am I the only one with this problem?
Getting pretty good at Canva. It's another fun thing for me, because it allows unfettered creativity. If you have an idea, try it. It might just work beautifully.
My problems right now seem to be with "techy" stuff that I will have to research...like correcting errors on my Google Analytics. Trish put a nice tutorial on today for someone else with the same problem, so that will be helpful.
I need to do sitemaps. I need to do another dead link checker. However, those are tasks I will do as we move through this holiday, so should be rarin' to go when Month Three appears. A bit of curiosity, a bit of dread...Aw, c'mon, you can do it, old girl! Just fire up that Alaska go-gettedness and hit the road running. We are going up, folks!!

Do we really have to hit the road running? I would prefer a faster walk, or mild hike, as opposed to a run! (Unless there's a Grizzly, then I'm out)!
YAY that is brilliant Fran
You are doing great.
I just keep it simple with my product reviews and include product name. Not sure if that is a good thing but will find out as I go. lol
Looks like to are ready for month 3. YAY
All the best and keep up the great work you are doing.
Jennifer
Hi Fran,
Awesome! You are on track and ready for the month three of SAC! I still have some catching up to do. Keep going with the techy stuff, you will eventually figure it out. Congratulations!
My hat off to you!
Much success to you!
Kind regards,
Nichola
That's all you can do! You can bet it will be a challenge but we will get through it no matter what he throws at us! To our success!
Just love your posts, also good to have someone older than me doing all this work.. My wife thinks that I should just in the summerhouse or studio and paint, how boring.
Take care ,
Stuart
Ha, ha! It's nice to know that being older is a virtue. Tell your wife that I agree with you...that would be 'way too boring.
