Hi,
Is your domain connected to WA? If the answer is yes, then you need to prepare a support ticket and the support team will look into your situation. If not, you will need to contact the company that is hosting your domain and ask them what the problem is.
I have had all of my domains connected to WA and never had the situation you described.
I hope you can get this resolved soon, as you are missing potential traffic to your site.

I've made my own icons but can't figure out how to add them, I've tried going to wp-admin/content/images or whatever, but it told me I'm not allowed to access that >.>
is this for when people make comments on your website? I just use the gravatar ones personally
