My friend, Karen signed up here, but for some reason the system thinks her name is Keith! Any ideas why? Perhaps you can find her. Her username is https://my.wealthyaffiliate

Can you explain what reference there is to "Keith Richards?" As you will see on Karen's profile we are addressing her as Karen.

I know, I can see that and I was with her when she first signed up. She signed up as Karen, and then it welcomed her as Keith. She said some pages refer to her as Keith and some as Karen. It's kind of funny when you think about it :) I"ll see if she can screenshot and yes, will encourage her to finish her profile! :) I'll point her to this conversation as well.
Ey there Sarah... Support can change that if she'll put in a ticket. The key thing is for her to complete her profile... Support doesn't have a reason to adjust it if she's not "through the door" yet!
Guess I am missing something. Like Tommy said, she hasn't finished her profile, which may or may not be a big deal. Thing is, Carson wrote her a welcome message and it was addressed to Karen. Also you sent her one too. My guess is that the message from Carson is automatic, which means the system knows her as Karen.
Like I said, I must be missing something.

She said it referred to her as Keith on a couple of pages. I have encouraged her to finish her profile and let's hope that makes the difference.
She has not even finished her profile page. You can also change your name one time here by going to your account settings and edit it.
Yep, we did that the day she signed up (with me). It first said "Welcome, Keith" which was strange, since I had watched her type in Karen when she signed in. We changed it. Still an issue on some pages apparently. I'll talk with her. Thanks, guys!

you can try uninstalling it then adding it back make sure you have your buttons on right settings to
Like BeauAndNik, I use addtoany, and have no problem, It might be that the plugin you use don't work well with your theme.I think the best you can do is to find an other plug-in and change
It might have something to do with your website's CSS. It's hard to tell without looking at the live website.
this is a plugin issue and needs to be addressed by to creators of the plugin. Personally I use addtoany and have no problems at all
I get the same thing so i just post it direcrly to my facebook page instead of messing with that button
I've seen that happening too. Yesterday I couldn't access WA but today its fine. Technology isn't perfect unfortunately.
I'm having the same problem with my buttons except twitter. I hope someone can help, cuz I need the help too. :)

I'm glad I'm not the only one. Mobile is how I run my current business, and I really need this site to be optimized in order for me to effectively share this site.
MarineMom, you do realize I am talking about this main WA site, right? It is not optimized for mobile.
Pastor Tae, not an app, I mean when you view the site on a mobile device, you just get a mini version of the site, it's not so bad on my larger phone, but for BB or some second gen Smartphone users, it would be illegible. I see this as leaving serious $$ on the table. Both my sites are optimized for mobile, and the teachings here talk about the importance of this. I'm sure it's on the developers radar. I appreciate with a site with this complexity, it is not a simple task, but hope that it is in the works.
