Hi folks,
I just sold a site through Flippa.com, I'm not sure of the next steps to close the deal, any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Fintan

We hope you are using escrow to make sure you actually get paid for iit.

Hi

I would follow up with Flippa's docs, escrow and support how to close the sale.

I'd use escrow to guarantee receivement of funds, they typically charge a fee.

I'm using Wordpress, lately when I upload an image in Wordpress it looks fine but when I publish it looks way too big! Any suggestions please.

I forgot to mention the preview button in wordpress. at the top right window of your post there is a preview button. You can see your post while you are setting it up, before you publish.

As you do more and more publishing fintyd you will get more familiar with your wordpress theme and things like this will become second nature to you. I have published almost 70 articles now and more often than not have to edit articles (after publishing them) to make small tweak or changes.
Don' t think you need to everything right the first time.

Images don't look the same?

Has anybody had this problem? I did the training on adding rich snippets to each page/post,I added the snippet,I tested each one for any errors and corrected any of those. My si

It could be all the fiddling you did with the rich snippets to get the 'perfect' - I'd give it some more time and see if the numbers normalize.

That we shouldn't use more than five plug in s because it slows down the site opening when people click on the link.Has anybody any further information on which plug ins in par

My advice to you is not to focus on the number of plugins so much. Don't go wild and add plugins like crazy, that won't help you. If you need a plugin investigate which ones are light weight and don't slow down your website and which plugins play nicely together. Those are the big issues you will face with plugins - they can conflict with each other and also slow down your website.

My one website I have over 35 plugins and you know what? It ranks and it gets traffic and it is not slow.

Hi Lynne,
That’s very reassuring, thanks for the help
Fintan

You can actually get away wit more than 5 plugins, maybe up to 7 or 8.
Heres a link to tell you how to do that :)

Thanks Chrissie

5 is a guide. ..
Personally I have over 10 in each of my websites and they are needed in my view...
don't let the 5 limit your ability to build a site, use whatever is deemed necessary.

Slan agus beannacht!

Gura mile mhaith agut! Thanks for that Paul.

Hello--if you follow the training step by step they will tell you which plugins to install----as you grow you will prob add a few more-5 plugins is just a guideline-always check your site after you install a plugin to see if affects your site speed-if it does -delete it and find another similar one--hope this helps

Thanks Vic,appreciate that.

After two weeks of hard work,9 pages of 1,000 words each and four posts plus watching all the training videos regarding getting traffic and putting the information into action,

Hi Finatan, your site is doing fine, but it takes more than 2 weeks for it to rank higher, right now the keywords and your work are probably in Google, somewhere below the first page. Writing more content is going to push it forward, but there is a marination process with content creation and seeing it rank high and it is generally longer than 2 weeks, especially for new websites like this.

Hey Fintan,

There are 2 areas within WA to ask for feedback.
1.) 2.) see screen print below...

"Build it and they will come" does NOT apply to websites. This is why Kyle teaches us about setting up and using social media accounts. Once you have your social media accounts setup and you have followers, you will see that when you share your links in those accounts that your followers will click on your links and visit your website.

Hope this helps you.

Hi Triblu,
Thank you so much for your help, I’ll try that
