Jaxxy Accuracy
I'm a bit concerned that Jaxxy isn't up to date with some of my keywords, for example I input a keyword on Google and two of my pages appear on the first page of the google search results, Happy days! However when I put the exact same keyword in Jaxxy site rank search my site doesnt appear at all ?I want to contact them but am I the only person that can't find a contact email on the Jaxxy pro site?

You must search your keywords in a private browser, or Google will show your own post on the first page or two.

I am a newbie to all this but I find Jaaxy keyword tool a very good tool to use and it as not failed me yet.
I am doing very well with Jaaxy keyword tool and would higtly recommend it.
Are you searching for your pages through a private navigation window? I use chrome and they call it "Incognito window".
If you use a regular browser window the result may not reflect the actual rankings of your pages in Google.
Are you using an incognito or private brower window to check? Google knows websites you visit and will list them higher.

Thanks for your comment to answer your question I use an incognito window to search I get the same results,my ages are on the first page of google but not in Jaxxy
That's because Google returns 'false positives' - do the search again incognito to find out if you are really there.
