Hi, this may sound silly, but how do I know if my site is using cookies? Is that something I have to enable? Is a cookie disclosure needed and is there a template for that? Tha
WP Cookie Plugin is one, of course there's others. There's also banners.

Hi - they typically look for 3 things. First of all, do you have enough content, at least 20 to 30 posts? Do you have an Affiliate Disclosure, which is a legal requirement? Is any of your content copied and pasted from other websites, which is not allowed? Unless you meet all of these requirements, you will not be accepted.

make sure you have plenty of helpful content and ideally some traffic
without traffic you won't get any click throughs - so wait a while till you get traffic to reapply.
and create a whole heap of useful content for your niche...
and make sure you comply with their rules....

Not all sites have cookies. Many authority sites have them. You have to enable cookies using plug in.
