I'm just using photo links from amazon. How do I get current pricing and customer review ratings to go with my photo links without breaking the amazon affiliate rules?

Thanks guys. As far as the review ratings go, I did copy and paste them along with a statement saying that they are "current at the time of publication but, may change slightly", but I'm not even sure if that's a good thing to do either.

Frankly, I don't like to use the "Text/Image" links. They're sorta small. I like the photo only option because they are larger sized.

I'm all hooked up with API and all that but, there's no option for pricing and reviews to go along with my photos. They got everything else though.

I've been reading some horror stories about people losing their affiliate accounts for copying and pasting stuff from Amazon to their websites.

Don't want to be a part of that. Right now I'm waiting for a response from Amazon support because the rep. that I chatted with this morning couldn't help me with that department.

When I find out, I'll post it here.

Thanks again,
Forrest

Hiya FFinch, yes as jvranjes says there are image and text links you can find at your Amazon Affiliates account, in fact they have just launced a Resource Centre to help affiliates build their links, so check that out. As for the reviews you can take screen shots of Amazon customer reviews and use them on your blog. Hope this helps, good luck :)

They offer text and image feature, so you have the price there, all following their own rules.

For customer reviews ask Marcus1978, he is using it. Do not know if this is legal or not.

The "add comments" box is checked but, I see no comments on my site. I've used a different browser thinking that my cookies were the problem. I've tried everything I know. Noth

The thing that concerns me is that the comments do show when I do a preview from my edit area but, will not show from a private browser or even a different browser than the one I'm currently using.

This probably means that my visitors will not see them either. Glitch?

Please my training, there are 4 ways:

Thanks, JV. All of my settings are the same as I see in your training. After messing around for awhile, I found that all comments are visible under the last post but, What if I have 50 posts?

I'm wondering if there is a way to have the comments visible under each post.

I wanted to enter your site to have a look but get warning from my system that it is dangerous site, so I gave up. Perhaps this is something theme related.

I just switched to the "Hiero" theme. I don't know why you would get a warning though. There are no cookies or anything there.

I have a home page that is static, and has been that way since I built my site. Now all of a sudden my posts are stacked one on top of the other, and comments have disappeared

Can't help you because I'm close to the same boat. I sympathize and hopefully someone will offer some help for us both. I don't even know whether a "static" page is right or what a "scrolling" page is.

I used to be able to go to my site and see the home page only, wich is sticky. Meaning it's there all the time. If a visitor wants to see my other posts, they are listed on the left menu as "latest posts". Now for some unknown reason everything is stacked as if someone went to my back office and made some changes without my knowledge. It looks very unprofessional from my point of view. I've tried everything I know to fix it but to no avail. It's broken. Maybe time to switch themes. I have no clue.

All of a sudden, google can't find my sample page. I just switched from Yoast to all in one, and I may have used the old code.

Would that have anything to do with it?

Hello, did you refresh ?

Yes.

I just figured it out, Chad. There were a few boxes that had to be unchecked in my brand new "All in one SEO plugin.
Now I know what I'm dealing with.

Have a great day
