Hi, I do have onelink as Diane mentions below.
However, I still can´t figure how it works when the product is not available in the country where the product is purchased.
If I affiliate from amzn.com and it is redirected to amzn.eu and there is no similar product available, what happens then?
Does anyone know? Gracias & good day everyone?
Hi - there is a setting within OneLink, where you can get it to suggest similar products.
Hi - Amazon has a tool called OneLink. A website owner can sign up to as many different Amazon sites as they wish, Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Amazon.co.uk. They then add the OneLink tool, and Amazon will detect where the customer is from and send them to their own country's Amazon site.
If they don't do this, then they won't get commission from the other countries. It sounds as though the site you were reviewing is not aware of this, and therefore they won't get commission from your purchase.
Ah HAH! Thank you very kindly. Actually, they WILL get the commission because I bought it from the US site and just bit the bullet on the shipping. I have utilized One Link on my own site but was wondering how that all worked.
Thank you very much Diane!

Hey Darlene,
This is why Amazon created their OneLink. Here's a tutorial to tell you all about it: What is Amazon One Link? Hope you find this helpful.
That totally helped on my site, thank you Trish. I hope that others see that and take heed. Trust me, if your web site only points to amazon.com you WILL lose sales. There is a very large world out there that is NOT in the USA.

The only information I could find on this is a tutorial by Carson, some years old, that points people to AWeber. Are there free ways of collecting e-mail addresses or even jus
There are so many out there Darlene. But I'd start with mailchimp until you reach the 2000 level ( at least it's free) and then go for Andy's Rocket responder. Jim
Hi Jim,
Your advice to Darlene was good, but I would like to know: Is Andy's Rocket Responder another type of responder? I've never heard of it.
Marion
Hey Darlene,
Perhaps the following video will provide you with the info you need: How to Create Your List for Free Hope you find this helpful.
I use Mailchimp, which is free up until 2000 subscribers, then you can upgrade. You can use a couple plugins with Mailchimp too. I also use one signal push notifications for update notifications. It is also free unless you upgrade. Which you can wait to do until you need it.
I don't have an MMO site, so my niche site. That said, I would have to look at the rules again, but it didn't say anything about WHAT I'm emailing, as long as it's not malicious or spam. But I wasn't planning on using affiliate links inside my newsletters, just my site. But I know of many authors and book bloggers who have used Mailchimp and seen their affiliate links inside them.
I stand corrected, if you're in the MMO niche or work from home or you promote how to do affiliate marketing, you can't use Mailchimp. Apparently, too many people abuse it so they prohibit it. It doesn't say affiliate links aren't allowed, you just can't be doing any of the niches like making money, health supplements, etc.
I use Rocket Responder it's $20 a month for unlimited list size and unlimited sends and is built by affiliates for affiliates.
I also use aweber as my auto responder and find it easy to use and relatively inexpensive.
The best free option is mailchimp. You will find lots of tutorials for both on YouTube
I use Aweber - it is quite good.
The best free one I have seen is MailChimp which is free up till around 500 odd subscribers from memory. Their only issue s that that do not like affiliate marketers so wou will need to link to your site rather than directly to links.
There are other free ones ut there - you just need to check their limits and functionality
I think I pay about $15 USD per month (my exhange rate changes) for Aweber.
Hope this helps
Paul
Both AWeber and GetResponse are free for 30 days. After that the cost is $19 and $19.99 per month. Very worth while and easy to use. They both have great training and integrate well with both websites and funnels.
If you need more information, please reach out to me.

Hey Darlene,
The following video may offer you the help you seek: Why Use Headers and Footers Plugin Hope this helps you.
apologies, my previous answer was related to post...
if you want to add code to header (like google or facebook), you need to go to Appearance, theme editor and look for the file header.php
that functionality is disabled so you have to request it from site support and be very careful editing the file as it could break your site. there are youtube videos showing how to edit the header file
Hi - the easiest way is to install the "insert headers and footers" plugin. Once activated, you will see two boxes. Paste the code in the top box, the header box.
each post or page has the option in the editor to switch to "text" ; that is your html editor

I'm looking for free videos reviewing or recommending WA that I can put in my blog. There must be a ton of them out there but I'm unsure how to find them. Also, they need to
Yes, I was going to suggest the same. I've myself used videos from there in my blog posts.
No probs Darlene.
Remember to only use the ones that are in the Public Domain.
Also remember that the owners can take them down at any time so its best to check back now and again to make sure they are still available.
Robert
A few people have done generic images and banners...things like that, that people can share here. But I don't actually know of any generic videos. Have you thought about making your own video?
Thought of, yes. Been afraid to - ABSOLUTELY!!! LOLOLOL Plus, I figure, "Why reinvent the wheel when there is freebie stuff out there that I just need to find!

Hi all! I was wondering how to add a line between sections in my posts? I've seen others doing it but it hasn't been covered in my training yet - although I'm sure it will be
the other thing i have sseen used - just to make you stand out a bit - is to use a line graphic with a twirl in the middle.
if you are using the block editor then you can save this as a reusable block and then just place it again.
you can use this method with the classic editor as well.
note- you can get extra seo points for adding alt text describing the next section.
good luck
phil
Hi,
You add a line between section within the WordPress post or page editor. Look at the symbols above the text area. You will see the letter A underlined. To the left of that is the underline symbol.
If you place your cursor behind your H3 tag and click that symbol, you will get an underline.
Hi Feochadan,
First, it might be easier if you edit your post in block mode.
you can find & change that in Wp-admin -> Settings -> writing.
And then go to post edit and you will see + button between the blocks.
you can simply search div to find separator there.
just tap on that to add a separator/divider between blocks or lines.
Wow, I read your answer and I like it. I'm getting familiar with block mode now. I love it so far. Thanks a bunch, following you now!
