Yes, i use mozilla Thunderbird to configure my emails. download it and set up your email simple and easy. However, also check if email option is available if you have not renewed your R49 membership. I am not sure as well. I hope this helps
Thank you. I have had the same problem with my email account. I can't log in. I haven't done as much with my website as I had planned. I have books I am writing, and it is overwhelming at times to manage it all. It can be frustrating. Please let me know if you get an answer or they are working on the issue. Have you asked Kyle to look into it? :)
The site email is back now,I can now go through my emails now, but I prefer logging into my email independently not going through WA each time I want to check my emails, thanks dear.

You can log in to your webmail from here
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/email
However, you may create a forward to mailbox instead like a Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook if you like.
Please be aware with a siterubix you cannot have a webmail or forward vs only purchased domains.
And no need login to your website, however you may do independently of WA, you would need collect credentials via site manager.
[domainname]/wp-admin - replaced with yours.
I will like to do independently of WA, how do I collect the credentials via site manager, thanks for your message.
Look up domain , click log in, you'd see "Your Website Administrator Users" with the users and the passwords.

I've had the same troubles. Please let me know if Kyle has been informed. Maybe he doesn't know about it. :) I've been busy lately and off the platform for a a couple of weeks.
