I would like to have a guess blogger on my site how do I go about that.and if I let them in my back office how much control do they have?
In the 'Kenza' Template, there is a "Live Blog" widget.
There, you can have a guest blogger or another author.
I haven't tried it on my site http://thatsloveforyou.com, yet. But if you click on one of my posts and just scroll to the bottom to see what I'm talking about.
Maybe this theme might be useful to accommodate another author without letting them in your back office. :)

my advice is, I think you can do a facebook on guest blogging.. you do not need someone in your back office.

You can add a new or guest user to your site through your back office. See Course 2 lesson 8 to find out how to do this.

For me personally the limited space helps me narrow my thoughts. In addition, some online audience have limited attention span therefore the amount of words determine how much time they will spend reading your content.

I purchased a domain but as I search the web I find the same domain already being used by someone else what should I do
You should put all original content. Promote your website on social media, especially twitter in particular. Your links to certain pages on your website will begin to rank as your followers retweet your tweets. (Helps to have lots of loyal followers).
If you don't have followers, your content, bring original, should be enough to outrank your competition. This is working for me. With my site. My niche is broad and there is a lot of areas to cover. You should touch on topics that are not common topics of your niche.

That is not the same domain name. It is a mixed wires type of thing.
That domain name using a sub domain name inside of the http://site123.me domain name, called 830055.
The site "description" at any site can be whatever you want. In this case, the webmaster at http://830055.site123.me is using bestboatingaccessiories (without the dot com at the end, although the webmaster could) as the site title (assuming that website is WordPress based).
With a website using WordPress, that value can be changed (on your website) by going into the WordPress Dashboard, setttings, general, and change the site title to whatever including the dot com, and then saving the changes.
This is not the underlying domain, this is just text that can be displayed on the website.
It is a crossed wires thing. That domain name is "http://site123.me" and is using subdomain name of "830055" within domain name "http://site123.me". It is clearly not domain name "http://bestboatingaccessories.com".

This is very interesting John. Rare, but not impossible. Did you purchase from a known provider? Is it spelled exactly how you spell it. Is the ending .com or something else. I am curious as to what happened.
Maybe the domain name you selected was used by someone else in the past and they let it expired.
It is not possible for the exact same domain name to be in use by more than one domain registrar customer at the same time. A domain name is the full URL name including extension (eg dot com, dot org and so on).
That is just about impossible John, just a couple of questions.
1, which registrar did you purchase the domain through.
2, Was the domain name the same but the extension different. eg, a .com or .net.
If you purchased through an unknown provider eg, cheap domains.xyz then you may have been scammed.
I am intrigued to learn more.

It sounds like you may need to contact site support with this one. It sounds to be a technical issue
Do you mean your Adsense account? If it says too many cookies I would go into your system and clear your browsing data and your cookies and then try again.
