I am having a problem being able to view videos they just keep loading and never showing. What am I doing wrong?
I would check with tech support and I would not try to view them on a phone it is better on a laptop or desktop computer just like onmyownterns said.
I am sorry I am getting back later have an overload of email. Did you get the problem fix? Did you contact tech support about the problem? I am sorry that I could have been a better help to you.
Possibly nothing - but you should watch them on a laptop/computer to make sure, mobile can be problematic.

I just up loaded Google Chrome and am using it to view the videos I appreciate the assistance in getting thru this as am a old man and somewhat technically challenged
