Is one domain enough for all my websites or do I have to buy a new domain everytime of different websites?
Yes as this is your websites address, so you will need to direct people to different places if you have different websites
A domain is a website. So if you want 5 different websites then you need 5 different domains.

Yes, unless you were to use sub domains . If you wanted to promote different niches then separate websites would be best.

I went through the training for domain and I am able to get a .com domain of my name so should I go for it or must I choose a domain for the products that I would be promoting?
Hi - entirely up to you if you prefer to use your own "brandable" name or prefer one which relates to your niche.
Why not. But in reality, it would be better to get a domain name directly pinpointing your niche.
Trying to pick a domain name that is catchy for your product since that is what you will be listing as a website. Like say you are going to sell peanuts then a name that is catchy might be "crackednut.peanutlover.com".
