Las Vegas Bike Run. 13 bikes and no one down! Vacation is over. So awesome to see so many bikes and time with friends. Even went up to a roullette table and put $5 on my birthday! Guess what happen? Yep, 35 to 1 odds. I was so excited, I could hardly stand it. Everyone arrived home safely.

Woke this AM and wamm! Getting ready for a doctor appointment and I realized I left my car fob in Vegas in the safe after tearing my entire condo apart searching for it. Boy, is that a way to mess up all the relaxation you received over the weekend, or what.

Well, good things do happen after such a shock of miserable. Two couples that I rode with over the weekend, who live near me haven't left Vegas yet. Thank GOD! I called the hotel. They have the fob. My friends are bringing it back to me today.

Did you know that those little tiny fob things cost about $500 to replace? OMG, I couldn't believe it from the cost of the fob, the key, service fees, and programming it to the car. Oh, don't forget you have to get the car there too so they can program the car with the new fob, so in addition is the towing fees. Thankfully, I was saved from that horrific cost and friends grateful for you!!

As I write this to share with all of you, a yellow butterfly visited me on my balcony, which happens to be my father whom has passed. Count your blessings and be grateful for what didn't become a nightmare. Thanks dad for the visit and the soothing of my soul after this heart-attack.

So, how was your weekend and start of your Monday morning?

Have a great day people!
Love and Light

Phew! Glad it has turned out fine afterall...
Hope those nerves have calmed down, and yes, we really need to count our blessings every single day.

Thank you Joo77! Yes by yesterday I was much better. But man what a melt down that was. Great now!!

Sending Love and Light back at you and to the spirit of your Dad.

What an eventful time you had!

Mike

Yes, and thank you. Could have done without a few of the excitement actions. LOL

Yeah, those key fobs aren't cheap. Glad that worked out. Me, I've had my own hiccup, been down with the flu, haven't felt like doing much of anything. I need to be working on my biz, but I can't seem to muster up the energy to sit in front of the computer.

As they say, this too shall pass...

Cheers,

Michael

Thank you Michael. It is only a blip in time, rest, heal and then get back to it. Your body is telling you to slow for moment, then run like hell! (when your well)

Oh I have had those days! Glad you were able to figure it out and get it fixed. Guess the key took the 'what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas' theme a bit too literally! Hope the rest of the week is less stressful!

Christine

Thank you Christine, you made me laugh. That is funny. I am going to add that to my FB and have a good laugh on it.
