Why don't you change them. In other words edit the comment and use it as a relevant comment to your site?
Thanks Jude, all these people have an almost website under there name. Is that the reason it is classed as spam. Some of them have siterubix. Sites.
A first time comment with only a few words and without an avatar/image would most likely be identified as spam by Akismet. ~Jude

I would delete them.
We have a "give and take" comment thread where you can get comments on your page. Simply head over to the following thread, leave a comment on two people's websites there, then post your website URL of the page that you need comments on.
