I am looking into it and would like to learn more
I have not had occasion to use either one, but I researched woocommerce, and it looks like a good plugin. I plan to use it on a future site. I do not have experience on shopify

I've never had an online shop but I was reading about Shopify and Aliexpress thing a few weeks ago.
I think it all comes down to niche selection. Shopify's blog is very interesting and I think you can learn a lot from it and also people commenting there.

Do I have to be a master on the subject i am creating content for on my site? I am on course 2 lesson 2 but feel a bit intimidated in terms of creating content for my site. Sho
Just start writing and learning. As you learn more, your mastery of the niche will grow. You just need a passion and the desire to learn more about your niche.
We all do it, I'm the worst to be honest. But regardless of my obsessive nature, it pays off.
Having a fine eye for detail and the desire is key. You'll find as you write and investigate your niche that you will find that with time, you will become a master of your niche.
For me, at the stage you're at, just focus on learning, building, and taking action. Forget money (for now) and just love what you do.
That's the best advise I can give you.
I think that knowing what you are writing about is helpful. You don't want to come across as not fully understanding what you are promoting. This is my opinion. I'm interested in seeing what other members think
I know a lot about my niche but I feel like I should learn even a tad bit more before writing. Thanks for your input!
