I’m in the process of completely revamping my WooCommerce store, and I’m conflicted on the best theme to use for it. I started with Nitro. Then I read quite a bit about GeneratePress so I thought I’d give that a try, but I don’t care for the layout of that theme. I’m currently trying Storefront, and I seem to like that one the best. Load times seem to be about the same for all of them, at least when I test them. I’m wanting to settle with one before I put too much more work into my store.

Curious if anyone else has a WooCommerce store, and what theme they use. All suggestions are appreciated.

I use GP premium for my wooCommerce store. I like the Elements and the site-library makes it easy to set up

That seems to be the consensus on this.

Thanks for your input! 🙂

Don't know if you've found the ideal theme as yet. But I've heard that both ASTRA and Neve are great for WooCommerce. I heard that Neve is especially fast.

Thanks. 🙂 I hadn't heard of either of those, so I'll have to go check them out.

Thanks. Do you mind me asking you how long you have been using GeneratePress, and if you use the Pro version?

I bought the pro version of GeneratePress last November but I was using the free version for a while before that.

Yes, I can help you.

Woo commerce has a store theme that works well.

If that isnt to your liking, you can go to themes, select add new, use the filter tab to search for ecommerce themes.

Look for woo commerce compatible.

Are you using a page builder? If so, which one?

You can always shoot me a private message too...

I believe that you wrote a blog about the different themes for WooCommerce a while back, but I can't find it. I believe that you had a WooCommerce store.

Do you still run that store, and if so, what theme do you use?

I don't use a page builder; not sure what that is or what it does. Would that help me further?

As I said, I'm totally revamping my store, and plan to put much more time into it. I want to make sure that I'm doing it right.

Here is the link to the training on Woo Commerce: Yes, I have my e-commerce store.

I currently use GeneratePress Premium and Elementor Pro page builder.

Woo Commerce can be a bit stodgy when it comes to design layout, yet, I have found there are variants that work well so that my shop looks good.

Here is what is available directly from Wordpress.org / themes:

https://wordpress.org/themes/search/woo commerce/

Take a look at each and see if they offer what you're looking for.

Thanks for that training link; I bookmarked it this time. 😏

I've been working on this, and believe I found a theme I like. I'll work with it a bit to make sure, but I do want to go premium when I find the right theme.

Do you feel that the premium version is worth the cost?

Gp premium is definitely worth the price. The added benefits are useful, not shiny objects.

Let me know which theme you select.
