So, I got myself into a small issue that I am slowly recovering from. I had an issue with my site speed so I used some plugins to fix my images. When doing that it basically shrunk my images so I cannot read them anymore. Oh well! Lesson learned! How do I get my images small but readable in my posts? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You may want to check your WordPress Backoffice
Settings-> Media. It will give you the size for thumbnail, medium and large in pixel size. Images used with those sizes eliminate additional sizing. That's the default.

I've always just reduced to 600 X 450 in most cases, Keith! Right or wrong, so far, it has seemed to be working for me!
I hope you find the solution that you are looking for, my friend!
