Selling a website is can be a pain friend. It all depends what your website has as far a contents, traffic, and most important the name of your website.
I said the name of your website because if you look at almost every business, both brick-and-mortar and online ones, they all have one thing in common. That one thing in common has to do with their short names without any dashes.
I wish I had known how important that was before picking the name of my website. But to get the ultimate attraction with a nice value for your website, you'd want the short name, contents, and traffic exposure to do so. All the best!
