Hello everyone and happy Saturday, hope all is well with all of you. I have a question, as strange as this may sound and I am still trying to get this sort out as I have many many attempts.

In our Wordpress dashboard, there are to link icons one to link pages within our website and another link that looks like to pieces of chain link that you can use to create a text link that will link to the affiliate program that you are a part of so when visitors click on the word or words that you link to will send them to the affiliate program you are promoting. This chain link icon is no longer there.

Have any of you had this issue and what did you do to correct it, it has been a few weeks now and still trying to figure this out. Thanks again for your help!!

Hi Norman, the first thing I would do is back up your site. It is recommended to just have a separate theme. If you do, switch them up, see if the link appears. Then switch back to your original theme. Also consider contacting site support.

You can try reinstalling the Theme or check with theme developer.

That hasn’t happened to me but I believe it’s just a minor error. Have you tried restarting your Wordpress document?
