My website gives an error 500 on some mobile browsers and apparently also on Mac. I have been in touch with the site support the whole weekend about all sorts of strange things happening on my website, but they are dragging their feed and simply are doing nothing although I have repeatedly asked them to give me access to the PHP and HTTP error logs or send them to me so I can debug. They simply claim: We accesses it and it worked. I sent them 3 ways to reproduce the error and just got the standard message: We are looking into it.

How long is it acceptable to experience an error state such as this? I have reached out to Carson, but he has not yet responded. Does anyone 'have him on a speed dial'? I am able to figure out what the problem is, but need the error logs for debugging...

Please do not start to make suggestions such as disable your plugins or chance the theme etc, this is not going solve the case.

Last time I had an issue on the friday they said I could expect up to 4 days for a reply as it was the weekend. Carson will fix it just might take a couple of days. They must get hundreds of emails a day lol. Still very cool that they reply to them all :)

You should know that in WA or any organization sequestered with e-mail access and web site postings, speed dial doesn't exist!

Figuratively speaking...hence the quotes...

It's the weekend. You can expect it to take longer for Carson to respond than it would during the week.
