Hi,

We have created our website, and chose the RETINA theme. Problem is that the layout on our website looks different to what we chose... there are certain similarities (like header image), however fonts, placement etc are different.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is there an easy way to fix it?

Appreciate any help :)

It's theme dependent. I'd first trying clicking on the theme name in the menu to see if there are settings for this or check Appearance > Themes > Options. The *design* of the site may be heavily widgetised, so you should also take a look at Appearance > Widgets. You may well find that the developer of the Retina theme has their own site with faqs and perhaps a forum where they are happy to answer specific questions. Rich.

Hi @Rich. Thanks so much...I have no idea what a 'widget' actually is, but i did something with them and it fixed the problem! :)

Well, kind of anyways. It now looks like the right layout on out laptop and iphones, however, it has a different font on the ipad....any idea why?

thanks again :)

How a website is displayed depends on a number of factors, including the "responsiveness" of the theme, the platform: laptop, tablet, phone, etc. the operating system: Windoze, OSX, etc. and the browser: Safari, Chrome, Opera, etc. etc. I'd suggest you download Chrome and use that consistently across platforms to do an initial check.
