I believe you are asking how to save certain posts so you can do back to them. There's a place at the bottom of each post, before the comments, where there's the shape of a star. Just click on that and it will turn yellow - you've just made that post a favorite. Then, when you use the search function, you'll have a way to access those saved posts too.
