Sorry for the basic question :)
When uploading the featured image, there is an automatic link to the Home menu. Is there a way to remove that link?

Just to confirm, are you trying to remove the link so that clicking on your logo will not take a reader back to your home page?
If so, why? That's something that basically all individuals have been trained to expect - that clicking on the logo or company name in the upper left corner will take them back to the home page. If that doesn't work, it seems like the site is broken or poorly designed.

Hi Jeannine, thank you for your reply. I am trying to remove the link to my Home page from my featured image from a Blog post. I think it will look better without it. Moreover, the link to the Home page is right on top of the page, which I think is more intuintive.

Okay, sounds good. Just wanted to make sure that the home page link still existed in a traditional position.

It has nothing to do with site support, it is a design template. When I uploaded theme, I didn't see it. So I believe there's a setting for it.
However, it can be useful as it provides kinda navigation system which is a plus.
