The mulit-lingual plugin I use for all multi-language sites is WPML. That plugin offers flags as language indicators and a drop down menu.

I am sure that there is a plug-in that is a translator rather than doing multiple lists in different languages. The problem is that I am not sure how effective that would be to target keywords. I would probably consider different websites completely and hit different markets even if it’s the same core subject

Wouldn't it be perhaps better to create separate sites for the Spanish and the Arabic content?

I think website visitors may get confused if there are many languages.

Via add media for the individual posts and do you mean in the literal sense.
