I am trying to avoid creating too many product links in my articles. I would like to be able to have links in each article that would lead to an appropriate page(s) for shopping. My niche is "Mocha". Ideally, I would have a SHOP HERE button which would have links to pages (posts?) for each category of items. Example: Shop for Coffee; Shop for Chocolate; Shop for Coffee Brewers.

I enjoyed using Ecwid's plugin - https://www.ecwid.com/

If you look through the features, you see that you can build a shop in one place and deploy it in many places including your blog - https://www.ecwid.com/features

HI Theresa,

You might want to consider something like Woocommerce. It's a free plugin that is made for Wordpress. It gives you the convenience of having a shop page with all your products, and you enter products as if you were creating new posts only much easier. I use it, and I like it. The only problem that I have is that WA apparently doesn't enable datafeed applications to auto import images from your affiliate merchants to auto-populate your store. Its still easier than placing product links all over your site. But that's just my opinion. Best of luck.

Thanks so much for this information. I have been to your Chocolate Store and wondered how you made it look so professional. I will look into Woocommerce.
Have a great weekend!

Ideally, you should build them as landing pages.

Have a menu item SHOP HERE which lists them all.

Then it's simply a matter of including the appropriate link in each article you write.

Let me know if you need more detail on how to do any of this.

Thanks, Phil. I think that's good to get me started. I'll let you know if I get stuck. I appreciate your help.
