A few years ago it used to be common practice to have an FAQ page on a web site. Is it still regarded as good practice or old hat?
I ask because my site now has quite a few pages and I think it would be helpful to draw it together with a summary page with FAQs and internal links. What is regarded as Best Practice?
Best Regards,
Trevor

Yes it sounds like a good idea. You can also include it when you're reviewing some product to encourage people to get the product by answering FAQ

Hi Trevor, I found this article that supports what Simon says also. I have FAQ on one of my sites that follows these guidelines also.
Hope this helps.

Hey TJ, you can absolutely do that if it's helpful to the people visiting your website.
I also know of people running entire websites by building posts around questions/keywords people are searching for.
