WordPress recommends using their paid plugin called OptinMonster. Does anyone at WA use that for their lightbox popup?

i think it is quite a good paid optin plug-in, especially the exit-intent technology, the popup will appear only when the visitor is leaving, not disturbing

Looked into it because of that. Myself, I dislike getting an opt-in before I've had 30-60 seconds on a new site. Thanks!

Ran across it when looking for something else. Since there are so many options, thought it is always best to get opinions/testimonials from current users before plunging for a plugin that (1) has a cost (2) greatly affects viewer experience on your site :)
