So I paid $25 (this is the "without installation" option) for the custom share buttons with floating sidebar pro and I have received nothing from them (it says it can take up to 12 hours but usually comes in a few minutes).

I am curious if someone who has had experience with this can help me out. I'm a little upset at the moment because I bought it so that I could use it. I tried googling for about 30 minutes and the only site I found was very unhelpful since I have no .zip file as one of my searches mentioned.

Can someone please help before I go to paypal and get a refund??
