I'm trying to put this widget on my sidebar so it'll show my recent posts with the image. I have 2 blogs and on the first one it worked out nicely. On the 2nd blog it just looks like a mess. I checked the settings they are the exact same. Here is a picture illustrating my point:

Any ideas why and how to fix this?

It's not a standard WordPress widget so it's probably theme dependent. Try the regular Recent Posts widget instead.

But it's the same theme though, I use the "panoramic" theme for both sites

Then it could be a plugin that's messing it up. Deactivate ALL your plugins and see if that fixes it. If not then try the theme's support forum.

I don't know if this helps, but I am using "Contextual Related Posts" plugin. These are located at the bottom of my posts.
