Oh I just did that. You open your website go to posts, the all posts and press edit on the about me post. Then you press the add Media button at the top, upload your pic into the post. Hope that made sense😀

How can i put a picture in the profile of my page?
Inside your WordPress Dashboard, you can find a Profile > Your Profile. From there, you can upload an image of yourself.

What do you mean in your "webpage"? The settings you've done in your Wp profile will make changes to all your profile pictures on your site.
