Hi ... thanks for this post. I was actually thinking about my energy this week! I am a person who has a great personality, I can often bring a smile to someone's face! When I strike up conversations with people, often times, they want to work on a project with me, but then it does not go further. When it comes to my business, it is not working out and as much as I put effort and time in it over the last 20 years, I was never successful enough to make this a full time thing (Which is what I would like) Why does my energy change when it comes to me? and How do I go about changing to keep the same energy I have when I just talk with people!

Hello Renee. Maybe if you start believing in yourself as you believe in the happiness you bring to others it can make a difference. Show other your value and act on it. When it comes to business, be the better you it can be so you shine from the inside out and behave good at all times because goodness later or soon will reach you. Trust in yourself and never quit.

Luis, this is a great post my friend and contains some great advice in it
The more knowledge we gain, the easier it is to sell ourselves, by giving confident, assured responses, be that in person, by email, through video etc
Doing this then attracts, the people who are coachable, committed and consistent, the rest follows suit

Creative and positive energy are very compelling and just behind the driving force in everything we do. the way we use imagination matters very much but we must not only think of imagination as a mental property only. it does really mingle with the way we can conceive of a situation and that is where the complication comes in. for us to have a good focus on our goals and achievements, we need to isolate that vision from the boisterous influence surrounding it. therefore passion should be a priceless effort into all that we intend to do with joy and happiness. This attitude brings better results when we then have to deal with others whether on a personal level or in the business world.
